Calcium base grease This remarkable grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. This synthesis results in a product that stands out for its reliability.
Composed of medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this grease is a testament to advanced formulation.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The synergy between calcium soap and water forms unique hydrates, essential for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates begin hydrolyzing around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency above this point, which limits its effective temperature range. Typically, it should be used below 60 ºC to maintain stability and ensure continuous lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate in the presence of water. This makes it ideal for lubricating machinery parts operating in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease remains on the operational surface even after agitation, providing a robust sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) The grease's short fiber structure and low strength limit enhance its pumping performance, ensuring efficient application and adherence.
Calcium-based grease, due to its consistency, is easier to work with compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite being an old formulation from the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be extensively used for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings. It is perfect for small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, managing medium speed and load efficiently.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
