Engineered as the anode material for pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cells, this carbon block has undergone meticulous roasting, resulting in a stable geometric form. Known interchangeably as a pre-baked anode carbon block or carbon anode for aluminum electrolysis, it represents superior craftsmanship and reliability.
The pre-baked anode is a fundamental raw material for the production of electrolytic aluminum. In the making of 1 ton of electrolytic aluminum, approximately 0.5 ton of this pre-baked anode is utilized. It serves as not only the conductive anode of the electrolytic cell but also plays a crucial role in the electrochemical reaction. Often referred to as the 'Heart' of the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell, its superior quality significantly impacts the economic viability of electrolytic aluminum production.
