This exceptional product is crafted by introducing premium-grade raw "green" petroleum coke into advanced rotary kilns. These kilns meticulously heat the material to a precise temperature range of 1200
to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). These intense conditions effectively eliminate surplus moisture and extract lingering hydrocarbons, while
transforming the coke's crystalline structure. The result is a more compact, highly conductive product. In just a few hours,
the calcined petroleum coke undergoes a cooling process-lowering from 1350 degrees C to under 200 degrees C-making it safe for handling and
ready for transportation. The product can then be conveniently stored in silos or directly dispatched via shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
----Calcined petroleum coke is predominantly used for prebaked anodes and anode pastes in electrolytic aluminum processes, as carbonizers within the carbon industry, and in the creation of graphite electrodes, industrial silicon smelting, and as an efficient fuel source.
