Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease Calcium base grease, a marvel of engineering, is meticulously crafted using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened by the natural robustness of fatty acid calcium soap. This exceptional formulation of calcium base grease is synthesized to deliver unparalleled lubrication.
This superior grease is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Performance Characteristics

(1) As calcium soap and water interact to form hydrates, these hydrates enable calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil only when in a hydrated state. Yet, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease gradually loses consistency beyond this temperature, thus restricting its operational range. Ideal usage is below 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit may cause the grease to soften or even dissipate, compromising its lubricating capability.

(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even in water-laden environments. It is particularly suited for lubricating various mechanical components exposed to wet conditions or direct water contact.

(3) Boasting impressive shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on the action surface, even after agitation. This ensures a reliable sealing effect, preventing any splattering or displacement.

(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease exhibits exceptional pumping performance. This makes it more easily applicable than other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.

When achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease outperforms others, proving easier to handle and apply across various applications.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
