Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by subjecting high-quality raw 'green' petroleum coke to rotary kilns. These kilns elevate the material to an extraordinary temperature range between 1200
to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). This intense heat treatment effectively eliminates excess moisture, extracts all residual hydrocarbons, and
transforms the crystalline architecture of the coke. The result is a dense, highly electrically conductive product. Within a few hours,
the calcined petroleum coke cools swiftly from 1350 degrees C to a safe handling temperature below 200 degrees C.
It is then ready for transportation to storage silos or can be dispatched directly via shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
