Introduction:
Calcium base grease is crafted using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, seamlessly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, and synthesized into high-performance calcium base grease.
This exceptional product is composed of mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, meticulously thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water results in hydrates, enabling the formation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, but these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC. This is why calcium base grease gradually loses its consistency beyond this temperature, limiting its effective range to approximately 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature can cause the grease to soften or degrade, compromising lubrication.
(2) With remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease is resilient against emulsification and degradation when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in moist environments or water contact.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on action surfaces even post-agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease boasts superior pumping performance. It's easier to integrate than other soap-based greases when using similar mineral oils.
This ease of binding makes calcium-based grease more manageable compared to sodium-based or aluminum-based greases with equivalent consistency.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
