Calcium base grease is ingeniously crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, thickened by the natural fatty acid calcium soap, and synthesized with precision into calcium base grease.
This remarkable product is formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure superior quality.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium soap, when combined with water, forms hydrates that allow it to develop finely dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC. Consequently, the calcium base grease gradually loses its consistency beyond this temperature threshold, limiting its effective temperature range to not more than 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit results in softening or depletion of the grease, compromising lubrication reliability.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and resistant to emulsification, even when in contact with water. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts in wet or water-exposed environments.
(3) The grease boasts impressive shearing and thixotropy stability. Its unique formulation ensures that even after agitation, it adheres to contact surfaces, providing a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease demonstrates exceptional pumping performance. When utilizing the same mineral oil and achieving the same consistency, it is easier to bind than competing soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based options.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
