Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Derived from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, this exceptional grease is crafted using natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a superior calcium base grease synthesis.
Composed of medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, this grease is expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique hydrates formed by calcium soap and water enable the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, although these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC. This phenomenon restricts the operating temperature to generally less than 60 ºC, beyond which the grease may soften or lose its effectiveness, potentially compromising lubrication.
(2) Exhibiting remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and does not easily emulsify or deteriorate when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in wet conditions or in direct contact with water.
(3) Known for its excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its integrity on active surfaces, offering a sealing effect without splattering, even after agitation followed by a period of rest.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts outstanding pumping performance. When formulated with identical mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, this grease is easier to bind compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based types.
Despite being introduced in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice. It is widely used in lubricating medium-speed, medium-load rolling and sliding bearings across various machinery, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, vehicles, metallurgical equipment, and textile machines.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
