Introduction:
Calcium base grease Crafted with precision, this grease is formulated using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. Moreover, calcium base grease is synthesized to ensure optimal performance.
Boasting a unique composition, it features mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened with state-of-the-art synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, calcium soap can only create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil when in hydrate form. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease progressively loses consistency beyond this temperature, restricting its operational temperature range. Typically, it should not exceed 60 ºC to prevent the grease from becoming soft or losing integrity, which could compromise lubrication.
(2) The impressive water resistance of calcium base grease prevents it from emulsifying and deteriorating when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Offering excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) With its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. When the same mineral oil and consistency are used,
calcium-based grease binds more effectively than other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored option, suitable for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, handling medium speed and load.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
