Calcium Base Grease Crafted from the finest mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, our calcium base grease is masterfully thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in an exceptional synthesized formulation.
This superior product is meticulously composed of medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened to perfection with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction between calcium soap and water, they form hydrates, allowing calcium soap to establish a highly dispersed fiber structure within mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, explaining the decline in consistency of calcium base grease beyond this temperature. It restricts operational temperatures to a maximum of 60 ºC. Exceeding this limit results in the grease softening or potentially losing its effectiveness, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) Known for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating a variety of mechanical parts operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) With its remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease retains its position on contacted surfaces, even after agitation, providing a reliable sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) The grease excels in pumping performance owing to its short fiber and low strength limit. When maintaining the same consistency as other soaps,
calcium-based grease binds more readily than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts, offering superior ease of use.
Despite its inception in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice. It effectively lubricates rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load conditions in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
