Formulated from mineral lubricating oil thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring premium quality and superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap uniquely forms hydrates with water, creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. This property, however, results in hydrolysis around 100 ºC, causing a gradual loss of consistency, thus limiting its optimal usage to temperatures below 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold may cause the grease to soften or even dissipate, potentially compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable, avoiding emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating various machine parts operating in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) This grease exhibits remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic properties. It clings to action surfaces even after agitation, maintaining a sealing effect and staying in place without dispersing.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. When compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based types, it binds effortlessly with the same mineral oil and consistency.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
