Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease Crafted with precision, our calcium base grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, meticulously thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. This innovative synthesis of calcium base grease ensures superior performance.
The product is a sophisticated blend, featuring mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, providing robust and reliable lubrication.
Performance Characteristics

(1) One remarkable feature of calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water, enabling the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, which gradually decreases the grease's consistency beyond this temperature. This phenomenon restricts the optimal functioning temperature of calcium base grease to not exceed 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit results in the grease becoming softer or potentially losing integrity, thus compromising lubrication effectiveness.

(2) Renowned for its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.

(3) With exceptional shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its presence on working surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without dispersal.

(4) The product boasts excellent pumping capability, attributed to its short fiber composition and lower strength limit. When matched with the same mineral oil and

consistency levels, calcium-based grease surpasses other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, in binding efficiency.
Despite being a classic product from the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be the lubricant of choice globally. It is perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and many more applications.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
