Calcium Base Grease Our premium Calcium Base Grease is meticulously crafted using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, enriched with natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of our calcium base grease ensures exceptional performance.
Engineered with precision, it comprises medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, enhanced by the synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, allowing the creation of highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, at approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, resulting in a gradual loss of consistency beyond 100 ºC. This characteristic defines the operational temperature limitations of calcium base grease, which is optimally maintained below 60 ºC to ensure consistent lubrication, preventing softening or loss of grease.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease excels in wet conditions, resisting emulsification and deterioration. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to water or humidity.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on contact surfaces, providing a sealing effect even after agitation, ensuring minimal throw-off and continued protection.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts impressive pumping capabilities. Compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum, calcium grease achieves similar consistency with greater ease.
This ease of binding makes it a preferred choice.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium base grease remains a versatile and highly sought-after lubricant. 1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
