Produced from premium mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity perfectly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this product ensures excellent performance and reliability.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique interaction of calcium soap with water forms hydrates, enabling the formation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze and lose consistency at around 100 ºC, limiting the operational temperature range to below 60 ºC. Beyond this point, the grease tends to soften, compromising its lubricating properties.
(2) Renowned for its robust water resistance, Calcium Base Grease resists emulsification and degradation, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts exposed to wet environments or direct water contact.
(3) It boasts excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, ensuring that even after agitation, the grease remains on the acting surface to produce a sealing effect without loss.
(4) With superior pumping performance due to its short fibers and low strength limit, Calcium Base Grease is notably easier to bind compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based variants.
Thanks to its ease of binding when achieving the same consistency, it's a preferred choice over other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, this calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred lubricant for rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speed and load. We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
