Calcium Base Grease Our calcium base grease is expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease involves these elements, enhancing its functionality.
This robust grease is made using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, skillfully thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring durability and efficiency in various applications.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique combination of calcium soap and water forms hydrates, essential for the formation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, when temperatures rise above 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, causing the grease to soften and lose consistency. This limits its optimal temperature range to below 60 ºC, beyond which lubrication effectiveness may be compromised.
(2) Exceptional water resistance characterizes calcium base grease, preventing emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist or water-contact environments.
(3) With excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains presence on operational surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing, non-throwing effect.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts outstanding pumping performance. With identical mineral oil and consistency, it binds more effectively than other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based varieties.
This grease, a classic since the 1930s, remains widely used globally. It efficiently lubricates rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
