Calcium base grease is crafted using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. This calcium base grease is synthesized to deliver remarkable performance.
Composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this product is thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior lubrication.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium soap, upon forming hydrates with water, creates highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates decompose around 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose consistency beyond this temperature, thus setting a general maximum temperature limit of 60 ºC. Exceeding this can lead to grease softening or complete loss, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) The calcium base grease is renowned for its excellent water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsification when exposed to moisture. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in wet conditions or those exposed to water.
(3) Exhibiting impressive shearing stability and thixotropic properties, this grease remains on active surfaces post-agitation, ensuring effective sealing without dislodgement.
(4) With its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers outstanding pumping capabilities. Compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum, it binds more effectively at similar consistencies with the same mineral oil.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
