Expertly formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, our calcium base grease is enhanced by the synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The innovative fusion of calcium soap and water forms hydrates, enabling the creation of highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis at approximately 100 ºC, which is why calcium base grease tends to lose its consistency beyond this temperature. This characteristic confines its effective temperature range to no more than 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit results in the grease softening or becoming ineffective, jeopardizing effective lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts in moist environments or where water contact is prevalent.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on surfaces through agitation and subsequent stillness, ensuring a sealing effect without dislodgement.
(4) Featuring superior pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease demonstrates impressive bindability compared to other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
Such properties make calcium-based grease a preferred choice over other soap-based greases, such as its sodium or aluminum counterparts.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred lubricant. Perfect for rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load, it is commonly used in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
