This superior Calcined Petroleum Coke is crafted by subjecting premium-grade raw 'green' petroleum coke to a meticulous process in rotary kilns. Here, it undergoes a precise thermal treatment, reaching scorching temperatures ranging from 1200

to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). Such intense heat efficiently eradicates excess moisture and purges all residual hydrocarbons, while simultaneously

enhancing the crystalline structure of the coke. This transformation results in a denser product with exceptional electrical conductivity. In just a few short hours,

this calcined petroleum coke experiences a rapid cooling from 1350 degrees C to a safely manageable temperature of under 200 degrees C, at which point it can be

efficiently transferred to storage silos or seamlessly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels for distribution.
