Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by placing premium-quality raw 'green' petroleum coke into rotary kilns. These kilns heat the coke to temperatures ranging from 1200
to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit). This intense heat treatment removes excess moisture, extracts any remaining hydrocarbons, and
alters the crystalline structure of the coke. The result is a denser, more electrically conductive final product. Within a few hours,
the calcined petroleum coke is cooled from 1350 degrees Celsius to below 200 degrees Celsius, making it safe for handling and
ready for transportation to storage silos. It can also be placed directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
