Experience the superior quality of our Calcined Petroleum Coke. Produced by placing premium raw 'green' petroleum coke into high-temperature rotary kilns, it undergoes meticulous thermal processing.
Heated to an impressive range of 1200 to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit), this process effectively eliminates excess moisture and all remaining hydrocarbons.
As the temperatures rise, the crystalline structure of the coke is modified, resulting in a product that is denser and exhibits enhanced electrical conductivity. In a matter of mere hours,
the coke is cooled rapidly from 1350 degrees Celsius to below 200 degrees Celsius, rendering it safe for handling and
ready for transport. It can then be efficiently moved to storage silos or directly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
----Primary applications of our calcined petroleum coke include the production of prebaked anodes and anode pastes for electrolytic aluminum, carbonizers for the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, smelting industrial silicon, and as an energy-dense fuel.
