Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by placing premium-quality raw 'green' petroleum coke into state-of-the-art rotary kilns. These kilns heat the coke to intense temperatures ranging from 1200
to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit). These extreme temperatures effectively eliminate excess moisture, extract all remaining hydrocarbons,
and refine the crystalline structure of the coke. This process results in a denser and highly electrically conductive product. Within a few hours,
the calcined petroleum coke is carefully cooled from 1350 degrees Celsius to below 200 degrees Celsius, making it safe for handling and
transporting. The final product can be stored in silos, or directly shipped via containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
