Crafted with precision, our Calcined Petroleum Coke is born from the finest quality 'green' petroleum coke. This raw material undergoes a rigorous transformation process within advanced rotary kilns, subjected to soaring temperatures ranging from 1200

to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). These intense conditions meticulously expel surplus moisture and extract every last trace of hydrocarbons. Simultaneously,

the crystalline structure of the coke is ingeniously reconfigured, resulting in a product that is significantly denser and boasts enhanced electrical conductivity. Within a span of hours,

the calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from its peak temperature of 1350 degrees C to a manageable 200 degrees C, ensuring it is safe for handling and

ready for seamless transportation. It is then efficiently moved to storage silos or directly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels for distribution.
