Performance Characteristics
(1) Our calcium base grease is unique because it forms hydrates with calcium soap, enabling the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, which is why the grease loses consistency above this temperature threshold, typically maintaining stability below 60 ºC. Exceeding this limit can cause the grease to soften, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) This grease boasts excellent water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsifying or deteriorating—even when exposed to water—making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet conditions or water contact.
(3) With impressive shearing and thixotropic stability, our calcium base grease remains steadfast on surfaces, providing a reliable sealing effect without displacement, even after agitation.
(4) Its superior pumping performance is attributed to a short fiber structure and low strength limit, allowing it to bind more readily than other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based varieties.
When maintaining similar consistency, its binding ability outshines other greases, making it the preferred choice.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
