Performance characteristics
(1) The remarkable attribute of calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates. These hydrates create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, leading to superior lubrication. However, they break down at approximately 100 ºC, limiting the grease's operational temperature to 60 ºC. Exceeding this may result in softening or loss, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting extraordinary water resistance, our calcium base grease effortlessly withstands emulsification or degradation when exposed to water. It's perfect for lubricating various mechanical components, even in moist environments or direct water contact.
(3) Renowned for its outstanding shearing stability and thixotropic properties, this grease maintains its presence on operational surfaces, ensuring a sealing effect without being displaced, even after agitation.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. This superior binding capability, when compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based, is achieved using the same mineral oil and consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
