This exceptional grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure superior performance.
Performance Characteristics - Defining Features of Excellence

(1) The interaction between calcium soap and water results in hydrates, which are essential for forming finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates undergo hydrolysis at approximately 100 ºC, which explains the loss of consistency in calcium base grease beyond this temperature. It is crucial to maintain a temperature below 60 ºC to ensure optimal lubrication as exceeding this limit may lead to softening or loss of grease, thus compromising lubrication efficacy.

(2) Thanks to its remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification and deterioration upon water exposure. It is ideally suited for lubricating various mechanical parts operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.

(3) Boasting excellent shearing stability and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without dispersing.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
