Calcined Petroleum Coke
Crafted with precision, Calcined Petroleum Coke is produced by placing premium quality raw 'green' petroleum coke into rotary kilns. In these kilns, the coke is meticulously heated to scorching temperatures ranging from 1200
to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit). This intense heat treatment efficiently removes excess moisture, extracts residual hydrocarbons,
and transforms the crystalline structure of the coke, resulting in a product that is denser and significantly more electrically conductive. Within hours,
the calcined petroleum coke is cooled from an intense 1350 degrees Celsius to a manageable temperature below 200 degrees Celsius, making it safe for handling and
ready for transportation to storage silos or directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.

Casting, cast iron, and cast steel all require carbon. Carburant is used to increase the carbon content in liquid iron.
