Performance Characteristics
(1) This calcium soap forms unique hydrates when combined with water, allowing it to produce highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil matrix. However, these hydrates begin hydrolyzing at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency above this temperature limit. Hence, the recommended temperature range for optimal use is usually not more than 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may cause the grease to soften or lose its consistency, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) Celebrated for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification and degradation when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating a myriad of mechanical components operating in wet or water-exposed environments.
(3) Renowned for its remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic resilience, calcium base grease maintains a robust presence on action surfaces even after agitation. It ensures a sealing effect that keeps it firmly in place, preventing any throw-off.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
