Crafted from high-quality petroleum coke, they undergo a meticulous process where they're mixed with petroleum pitch, expertly extruded, and precisely shaped. This is followed by a baking phase to sinter, and then graphitization at scorching temperatures exceeding 3000 °C, a transformation that turns carbon into graphite. Our electrodes can reach impressive dimensions, extending up to 11 ft. in length and 30 in. in diameter, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of modern industries..
