Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil of moderate viscosity, our calcium base grease is expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. It is a superior synthesized formula.
This specialized grease is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened by advanced synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates are formed, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to break down at approximately 100 ºC, which leads to a gradual loss of consistency. Consequently, calcium base grease is ideally suited for environments where temperatures remain below 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold may cause the grease to soften or even degrade, compromising effective lubrication.
(2) With its superior water resistance, calcium base grease avoids emulsification and retains its integrity when exposed to water. This makes it an ideal choice for lubricating diverse mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Boasting exceptional shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on the surface of action even after agitation, providing a reliable sealing effect without displacement.
(4) The short fiber and lower strength limit of calcium base grease contribute to its excellent pumping capabilities. When compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based options,
it binds more effectively, maintaining consistent performance.
Despite its inception in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be globally prevalent. It serves as a reliable lubricant for rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, operating under moderate speed and load conditions.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
