Our Advanced Calcined Petroleum Coke is produced by introducing premium-grade raw "green" petroleum coke into sophisticated rotary kilns, which are then heated to an impressive range of 1200
to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). These elevated temperatures eliminate excess moisture, expel all lingering hydrocarbons and
transform the crystalline structure of the coke. This transformation results in a denser, more electrically conductive material. Within merely a few hours,
the calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from 1350 degrees C to below 200 degrees C, making it safe for handling and
ready for transportation to storage silos or immediate shipment in containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
