Introduction:
Calcium base grease is ingeniously crafted from mineral lubricating oil featuring medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a synthesized calcium base grease.
It is meticulously manufactured using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, enhanced and thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water results in the formation of hydrates. It is only through these hydrates that calcium soap can develop highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. When exposed to temperatures around 100 ºC, the hydrates begin to hydrolyze, causing the calcium base grease to gradually lose its consistency beyond this point. This phenomenon restricts the functional temperature range of calcium base grease, generally not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature can cause the grease to soften or even dissipate, compromising its lubrication capabilities.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It is ideally suited for lubricating various mechanical components within wet environments or areas with water exposure.
(3) Calcium base grease demonstrates remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability. Even after agitation, when left still, the grease remains firmly adhered to the action surface, providing an effective sealing effect that prevents displacement.
(4) With outstanding pumping performance attributed to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease is highly efficient. When utilizing the same mineral oil and consistency, it surpasses other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum, in terms of ease of binding.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
