Crafted with precision, our Calcined Petroleum Coke is produced by placing top-quality raw 'green' petroleum coke into advanced rotary kilns, where it is meticulously heated to temperatures ranging from 1200
to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). This intense heating process effectively removes excess moisture, extracts all residual hydrocarbons, and
modifies the crystalline structure of the coke. The result is a denser, more electrically conductive product that meets exacting industry standards. In just a few hours,
calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from 1350 degrees C to below 200 degrees C, making it safe for handling and
ready for transport. It can then be stored in silos or directly shipped in containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels to its next destination.
