Calcium Base Grease Sculpted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this product is elegantly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. The result is a meticulously synthesized calcium base grease.
This premium grease utilizes mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique property of calcium soap to form hydrates with water allows it to develop highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, this remarkable trait also means that above 100 ºC, calcium soap hydrates begin to hydrolyze, causing the grease to lose its consistency beyond this temperature. Therefore, it's ideal to operate below 60 ºC to maintain optimal lubrication, preventing the grease from softening or losing its effectiveness.
(2) With outstanding water resistance, this calcium base grease doesn't emulsify or deteriorate easily, making it a reliable choice for lubricating various mechanical components, even in moist environments or areas in contact with water.
(3) The grease boasts excellent shearing stability and thixotropy stability. It remains steadfast on the application surface, creating an efficient seal, even after being stirred and then left to settle.
(4) Its short fiber and low strength limit confer superior pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based options,
calcium-based grease is easier to bind, even when made to the same consistency.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, this calcium-based grease remains a staple worldwide, lubricating medium-speed and load bearings in various machinery, including small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
