This advanced grease is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water leads to the formation of hydrates, which allows calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil only in its hydrated form. Calcium soap hydrates decompose at temperatures around 100 ºC, contributing to the gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease above this threshold. This phenomenon restricts its effective temperature range, generally kept under 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may cause the grease to soften or be lost, compromising lubrication.
(2) This grease excels in water resistance, showing remarkable resilience against emulsification and deterioration upon water exposure. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in moist environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Renowned for its excellent shearing stability and thixotropic properties, when subjected to agitation, this calcium base grease maintains its position on functional surfaces, offering a sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) The grease demonstrates impressive pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. When employing the same mineral oil and achieving equal consistency, calcium-based grease binds more efficiently than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
