This high-quality grease is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique property of calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water, allowing calcium soap to develop highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, but only in hydrate form. These hydrates begin to break down at approximately 100 ºC, which explains why calcium base grease gradually loses its consistency beyond this temperature threshold, thereby constraining its temperature range. Typically, it performs optimally at temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Beyond this range, calcium-based grease tends to soften or even become ineffective, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) With superior shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease maintains its presence on moving surfaces, providing a sealing effect without dispersing, even after agitation followed by stillness.
(4) Boasting impressive pumping performance, calcium base grease features short fibers and a low strength threshold. When the same mineral oil and
consistency are used, calcium-based grease offers easier binding compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based greases.
Although introduced in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice today. It serves as an excellent lubricant for rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speed and load across various applications, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
