Our premium Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by subjecting high-quality raw 'green' petroleum coke to rotary kilns.
It is exposed to intense temperatures ranging from 1200 to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). This precise heating process effectively removes excess moisture,
eliminates residual hydrocarbons, and refines the crystalline structure of the coke, culminating in a denser and more electronically conductive material.
Within a short span, the calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from a scorching 1350 degrees C to below 200 degrees C, ensuring it is safe for handling and
ready for transportation. It is then efficiently directed to storage silos or seamlessly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
----The primary applications of calcined petroleum coke are in the fabrication of prebaked anodes and anode pastes for aluminum electrolysis, as carbonizers in the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, silicon smelting, and as an efficient fuel source.
