Performance characteristics
(1) Unique in its formulation, calcium soap combines with water to form hydrates, essential for creating finely dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a decrease in consistency beyond this temperature limit. As such, the recommended operational range is up to 60 ºC to ensure the grease maintains its integrity and lubrication efficiency.
(2) With exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification, maintaining stability in aqueous environments. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to moisture or water, assuring consistent performance.
(3) Featuring strong shearing stability and reliable thixotropy, calcium base grease remains steadfast on surfaces, providing a sealing effect even after agitation, ensuring no loss of lubricant.
(4) The grease exhibits superior pumpability due to its structure, characterized by short fibers and a low strength threshold. When manufactured to the same consistency with identical mineral oil,
calcium-based grease demonstrates superior binding capabilities compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
