to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit). These extreme temperatures effectively eliminate excess moisture, thoroughly extract all residual hydrocarbons,
and transform the crystalline structure of the coke. The result is a denser, highly electrically conductive product that is prepared in mere hours.
After the calcination process, the petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from 1350 degrees Celsius to below 200 degrees Celsius, making it safe for handling and
ideal for transportation to storage silos. It can also be directly shipped in containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels for immediate use.
