Calcium Base Grease This premium product is meticulously crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease
utilizes mineral lubricating oil, enhanced with medium viscosity, and thickened by advanced synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The innovative formula involves calcium soap interacting with water to form hydrates. This unique mechanism allows calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, performing optimally until around 100 ºC. Beyond this temperature, the grease experiences a reduction in consistency due to hydrolysis of the hydrates, which typically limits its use to temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Should this threshold be surpassed, the grease may soften, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium-based grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. It excels in lubricating mechanical components in moist environments or under direct water contact.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropic properties, this grease maintains its position on moving surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a reliable sealing effect without displacement or leakage.
(4) Engineered for superior pumpability, the grease benefits from its short fiber structure and low strength limit, rendering it more cohesive than other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
This superior ease of binding makes calcium-based grease a preferred choice.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred option for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at medium speeds and loads. It finds use in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and the textile and metallurgical machinery sectors.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
