Calcium Base Grease This outstanding formulation is crafted from medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, meticulously thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. Through precise synthesis, calcium base grease emerges as a distinguished product.
Ingeniously composed of medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, this superior grease is enhanced with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, demonstrating exceptional quality and consistency.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unveiling the remarkable interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates are formed, allowing calcium soap to develop finely dispersed fibers in mineral oil. At temperatures around 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, explaining the reduced consistency of calcium base grease beyond this point. The recommended operational temperature is capped at 60 ºC to maintain optimal lubrication, as exceeding this threshold may cause the grease to soften or degrade, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting superior water resistance, calcium base grease defies emulsification, ensuring excellent durability even in watery environments. It serves as an ideal lubricant for diverse mechanical parts operating in wet or water-contact settings.
(3) Exhibiting exceptional shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease maintains its presence on active surfaces, despite agitation. It ensures a robust sealing effect, preventing unwanted grease displacement.
(4) With remarkable pumping performance, thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium-based grease surpasses other soap-based counterparts (such as sodium or aluminum-based greases) in binding capabilities.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
