This elite product begins its journey with top-tier raw 'green' petroleum coke, meticulously placed into rotary kilns. There, it's subjected to intense heat, reaching between 1200

to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit). Such extreme temperatures effectively eliminate any surplus moisture, eradicate residual hydrocarbons, and

transform the coke's crystalline structure, yielding a product that is both denser and more electrically conductive. In just a few hours,

calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from a scorching 1350 degrees Celsius to a manageable less than 200 degrees Celsius, ensuring it is safe for handling and

ready for transport. It is then efficiently moved into storage silos or directly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.



----This versatile calcined petroleum coke serves primarily in prebaked anodes and anode pastes essential for electrolytic aluminum production, as carbonizers for the carbon industry, and in the manufacture of graphite electrodes. It's also crucial for smelting industrial silicon and serves as a fuel source.

----Moreover, calcined petroleum coke is indispensable in the primary aluminum sector, with another significant portion utilized in the steel industry as a key recarburizing agent.
