Our Calcium Base Grease is expertly formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure reliable performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water allows it to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, which explains why the consistency of the calcium base grease diminishes above this temperature. Thus, its optimal operational temperature is generally capped at 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease risks becoming too soft, compromising its lubricating capabilities.
(2) Showcasing excellent water resistance, our Calcium Base Grease does not easily emulsify or degrade when exposed to moisture. This property makes it ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability, this grease maintains its presence on action surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect and preventing throw-off.
(4) With superior pumping performance due to its short fiber and low strength limit, our Calcium Base Grease provides ease of use with the same mineral oil and consistency levels.
When compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, calcium-based grease proves to be more cohesive and easier to work with.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
