Introduction:
Calcium base grease This exceptional lubricant is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, artfully thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a superbly synthesized calcium base grease.
It is skillfully formulated using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) Unique in its composition, calcium soap forms hydrates with water, enabling the formation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates, however, begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency beyond this temperature, thus limiting the operational range of calcium base grease. Typically, its effective temperature range is up to 60 ºC; surpassing this may cause the grease to soften or even become lost, jeopardizing lubrication quality.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease maintains stability and resists emulsification even when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Esteemed for its excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease retains its presence on operational surfaces despite agitation, providing a sealing effect and preventing grease from being thrown away.
(4) The impressive pumping performance of calcium base grease is attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, allowing it to create a cohesive bond with the same mineral oil and
achieve the desired consistency more effectively than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based variants.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium base grease remains a popular choice globally. It is ideally suited for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speeds and loads within small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, cars, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
