Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease This exceptional lubricant is crafted from mineral lubricating oil boasting a medium viscosity, thickened carefully by natural fatty acid calcium soap, leading to the synthesis of calcium base grease for reliable performance.
The formulation utilizes mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened through synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior consistency and resilience.
Performance Characteristics

(1) The unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water allows the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, the hydrolysis of calcium soap hydrates at approximately 100 ºC can lead to a decrease in consistency beyond this temperature, restricting calcium base grease to operating under 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold may soften or even cause the grease to lose its properties, compromising its lubricating capabilities.

(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist environments or conditions where water contact is prevalent.

(3) The grease exhibits remarkable shearing and thixotropic stability, allowing it to remain on surfaces even after being agitated, creating an effective seal without scattering, ensuring consistent performance.

(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. When the same mineral oil is used, it achieves better binding than other soap-based greases, such as sodium- or aluminum-based options.

With its long-standing presence since the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains extensively used worldwide, suitable for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at moderate speeds and loads within small to medium-sized machinery like motors, water pumps, tractors, and vehicles across various industries including metallurgy and textiles.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
