This sophisticated blend utilizes mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring exceptional performance under demanding conditions.
Performance characteristics
(1) The synergy between calcium soap and water enables the formation of hydrates, allowing calcium soap to create finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency above this temperature threshold. Consequently, calcium base grease is typically effective up to 60 ºC. Beyond this point, the grease softens or diminishes, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation, even in watery environments. It is the ideal choice for lubricating mechanical components subjected to wet conditions or water contact.
(3) Exhibiting superior shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on action surfaces, providing a sealing effect without being displaced, even after agitation followed by rest.
(4) With its compact fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. When utilizing the same mineral oil and
achieving comparable consistency, it surpasses other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, in ease of cohesion.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice. We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
