This calcium base grease is developed using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced effectiveness.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Thanks to the formation of hydrates through the interaction of calcium soap and water, calcium soap can create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only in this hydrated form. The hydrates undergo hydrolysis around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease diminishes in consistency above this temperature, restricting its operational range. Typically, it is advisable to maintain usage temperatures below 60 ºC; surpassing this limit may soften the grease or lead to a complete loss of lubrication efficiency.
(2) With outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to moisture. Ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or areas where water contact is frequent.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shear stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its position on moving surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without any slinging.
(4) Featuring superior pumping capabilities due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease allows for seamless application.
When maintaining the same consistency and utilizing equivalent mineral oil, calcium-based grease binds more easily compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based variants.
Although originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice today. It is perfectly suited for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load conditions in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
