Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, leading to a unique synthesis of calcium base grease.
It is formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity that is expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The formation of hydrates from calcium soap and water is pivotal, as only in this hydrated form can calcium soap create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease diminishes in consistency above this temperature, confining its temperature range. Typically, it remains effective below 60 ºC; exceeding this leads to softening or even complete loss, compromising lubrication.
(2) With remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on action surfaces when agitated and then settled, creating a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Owing to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease exhibits exceptional pumping performance. When matched with the same mineral oil and
consistency, it binds more readily than other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based variants.
Despite originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice. It effectively lubricates rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speed and load in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
