Calcium Base Grease Crafted with precise attention to detail, our Calcium Base Grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil, boasting a medium viscosity, and is carefully thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. Additionally, this grease is expertly synthesized to perfection.
This superior grease is an amalgamation of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique hydration of calcium soap results in the formation of hydrates, allowing it to create finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. At approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, leading to a gradual reduction in the grease's consistency beyond this temperature. Consequently, calcium base grease is most effective below 60 ºC. Exceeding this limit may result in the grease becoming softer or even failing, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating a variety of mechanical parts operating in wet conditions or those that come into contact with water.
(3) With excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its place on the operational surface even post-agitation, forming a sealing layer that stays put.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and minimal strength threshold, calcium base grease exhibits remarkable pumping performance. When identical mineral oils and consistency levels are used,
calcium-based grease binds more efficiently than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based variants.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally utilized variant today. It serves as a reliable lubricant for rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load scenarios, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
