Comprising medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this compound is engineered for excellence.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unleash the power of calcium soap's hydrates: when they combine with water, they form highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual decrease in consistency beyond this point. Therefore, the optimal temperature range for calcium base grease is generally below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature can result in the grease becoming soft or even losing its integrity, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) Enjoy superior water resistance: Calcium base grease stands strong against emulsification and deterioration upon contact with water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components exposed to wet environments or direct water contact.
(3) Experience outstanding shearing and thixotropy stability: This grease retains its presence on action surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without expulsion.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
