Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease This exceptional grease is meticulously crafted using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, and further synthesized to enhance its superior properties.
Our formulation features a blend of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity and is enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap, when combined with water, forms hydrates that enable the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency in the calcium base grease beyond this temperature. This characteristic inherently limits its temperature range to generally not exceed 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold can result in softening or loss of the grease, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification and degradation, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet conditions or areas exposed to water.
(3) It exhibits excellent shearing and thixotropic stability. Even after agitation, this grease maintains its presence on surfaces, providing a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) The grease features superior pumping performance attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, allowing smoother application compared to other soap-based greases.
With the same consistency and mineral oil, calcium-based grease promises easier application than sodium- or aluminum-based alternatives.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
